Once you select your desired plan, you can customize it and swap out meals and tailor to your specific needs. Then, you can decide if you need to skip any meals for things like work or skip whole days for whatever reason. It then generates a grocery and can either have your groceries delivered through Amazon Fresh or shop at the grocery store.
